Initially I was very upset with Doctor Bruce Bickoff, the veterinarian in Bangkok Thailand, because of problems with my pet insurance company. Subsequently, I found out that the insurance company was a scam, and Dr. Bruce Bickoff had done everything in his power to find a satisfactory solution for me. I posted a complaint about him when I thought it was his fault, and I apologize for that. I’ve tried retracting the complaint but the website will not allow me to do it.
